At the Ranch, all meals are included in the price of your stay. Our chef and culinary team serve three delicious meals daily. The dining room — exquisitely furnished with artifacts and decor of the old Southwest — is a favorite place to make new friends.

Breakfast is a full buffet with everything from homemade biscuits to made-to-order omelets, and lunch is also a buffet with poolside dining available. (We ask that bathing suit cover-ups and shoes be worn during the noon buffet, and no bathing suits or bare feet indoors at any time.)

After a day of adventure, celebrate the tradition of gathering in our Saloon with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Bradshaw Mountains…and take a moment to appreciate the dramatic splendor of a desert sunset.

Then linger over an elegant dinner that recalls the sophisticated lifestyle of the original caballeros. The menu, which changes every night of the week, includes a choice of four soups or salads, five delectable entrees, and (of course) dessert.

At dinner, jackets or Western vests are required for men and appropriate dress for ladies. No tee shirts or shorts for children in the main dining room.
