Rancho de los Caballeros offers beautifully landscaped indoor/outdoor space for meetings or banquets with spectacular views of the high Sonoran Desert. The 4,500 sq.ft. Palo Verde Conference Center is a separate complex nestled in a secluded setting. Wireless internet access is available throughout the facility and state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment is available for all presentations at a small fee.

The 3,400 sq.ft. Sonoran Room can comfortably accommodate 200 guests. It has a functional design with 14-foot ceilings and can be divided into 4 separate meeting rooms for additional planning flexibility. Planners can hold concurrent general sessions and breakouts with the diversity of the Sonoran Room design.

A multi-purpose room adjacent to the Sonoran Room is ideal for both meetings and social events. The 1,100 sq.ft. Palo Verde Room with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows is decorated in soft earth tones which capture the flavor of the Southwest.

If you require private venues for lunch, cocktail receptions or outdoor dinners, the 4,000 sq.ft. Sonoran Patio is the ideal function area. Under the warm Arizona sun, the patio along with the surrounding desert can be utilized for exhibits, team building activities and breaks.
