Rancho de los Caballeros offers a great way to train team members in the art of communication, motivation and relationship development. Our team penning program divides your group into teams of three or four with a cowboy, who’ll give you as much or as little help as you wish. You ride into the arena and cut three yearling steers out of the bunch, then herd them into a pen during a timed event.
